Skintight Dresses vs. Leggings—Which One’s More Teasing?

Nothing gets my attention faster than a body-hugging dress that shows off every damn curve. But at the same time, leggings do the same thing while still leaving a little to the imagination. I’ve noticed that shiny, stretchy materials like spandex or faux leather make things look even more irresistible because of the way they reflect light and highlight every line of the body. I personally lean towards tight dresses because they add that extra level of class while still being insanely sexy. But what do you think—do dresses or leggings have more teasing power?
