Sometimes, slipping into little space is easy, but staying there? Not so much. Real-life stress, overthinking, or just feeling silly can pull me right out of it. What’s helped me is setting up a dedicated space with my favorite stuffies, soft blankets, and coloring books—it’s like my brain knows it’s time to switch modes when I’m in that space. But even then, some days it just doesn’t work. Does anyone else struggle to stay in little space for longer periods, and if so, what helps you keep the feeling?
